Seminars, industry days and charity events, where delegates pay to attend.

The delegate fees will vary from event to event, depending on the type of event being held. All the costs associated with running the event will be built into the delegate fee, unless an organisation has sponsored the event.

It is regretted that no refunds can be made for cancellations received 5 days prior to an event.

For earlier cancellations, 80% of the fee will be refunded.

Substitutions from the same organisation may be made, if the request is received in writing 5 days prior to an event.

The organisation of events by Dot-The-Eye Ltd where the Customer pays for the whole event. These range from seminars, corporate events and social activities.

This will incur a % charge of the overall cost subject to negotiation. Where the event is cancelled the Customer will be liable for all costs incurred.
