Event Management

Dot-The-Eye can manage every aspect of your event delivering a smooth and seamless service for you and your customers.

Dot-The-Eye organises a wide range of events including:

• Product Launches
• Official Openings
• Exhibitions
• Company Functions
• Team Building Sessions

These events are funded by either a delegate fee or you the customer pay for the event

Seminars and Industry Days

Dot-The-Eye will organise and manage events for organisations such as the MoD, who wish to deliver information to Industry. These can be anything from one-day events to a range of days, including dinners and other networking opportunities.

Dot-The-Eye will source the venue, email all potential delegates, and run registration for the event. We will advise the Customer on what works and what doesn't work, with regards to planning the programme. Finally, we will manage the event and supply all relevant material to delegates after the event, through our website.

Cancellations

It is regretted that no refunds can be made for cancellations received 5 days prior to an event. For earlier cancellations, 80% of the fee will be refunded

Company Events

Dot-The-Eye will organise and run Customer or Staff events for Companies.

Customer Events

These could be customer visits to a company's premises, so the company can profile their business and products. Corporate events, such as a cruise down the Thames, Dinners during major exhibitions etc.

Staff Events

These can range from the annual company party, to team building away days and company BBQ's.

Cancellations

This will incur a % charge of the overall costs subject to negotiation. Where the event is cancelled the Customer will be liable for all costs incurred.
